No Refunds Policy
We do not provide refunds for purchased coaching sessions. Once a session has been purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable. This policy ensures a commitment to the coaching process and allows us to maintain the high quality of our services.
Sessions Do Not Expire
All purchased coaching sessions remain valid indefinitely. You can schedule your sessions at a time that works best for you, without worrying about expiration dates. This flexibility is designed to support your personal growth journey at your own pace.
Rescheduling and Cancellations Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. Rescheduled or canceled sessions can be booked at a mutually convenient time.
Gifts
We are delighted to offer coaching sessions as a gift for your loved ones. Purchased gift sessions follow the same policies outlined above:
- No Refunds: Gifted sessions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No Expiration: Gifted sessions do not expire and can be redeemed at the recipient’s convenience.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations: Recipients of gifted sessions are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
